Will eating bread effect my weight loss?


Is this a good weight loss plan? (10 points!)?
I'm 17 years old, 5'1" , and I weigh 168 lbs. First of all, I'd like to mention that I'm giving up bread for lent so that will help me lose as well. For breakfast, I drink a glass of tea or water, take a multi vitamin and I eat low fat 90 calorie yogurt. For lunch, I usually eat a granola bar or meal replacement bar and for dinner I'll have something along the lines of a cup of Kraft mac and cheese or some sort of meat or potatoes, small portions of course. I don't eat more than 1,000 calories a day, and it's not because I'm " starving" myself, but more or less because I don't really get very hungry during the day. I drink plenty of water and water is all I drink except for the occasional 0 calorie tea I mentioned with vitamins and such included . No soft drinks, no bread, etc. As for exercise, I go to the gym on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Thursdays are my " off day" and then on Saturdays and Sundays, I go to the softball field with one of my friends who coaches a team and I'll usually run bases with the girls and throw hit stretch, and those sorts of things. I usually do that on weekends simply because it's a lot more fun than something stationary at the gym and I enjoy it. Do you think this is a good weight loss plan? Please be brutal, but don't tell me I'm not eating enough because I don't like eating until I'm bloated from being full, it makes me sick and I hate that feeling. Let me know How much weight do you think I'll lose by June 9th, 2012 my high school graduation ?

Should they have a weight loss section to get rid of the thousands of how to loose wieghts questions a day?

Good weight loss routines in the home?
I am 20 years old and weigh 14 stone bmi is 32.5, horrid .I'm looking to lose weight but do it in my own home for a while just until I get a bit more confident.I want to include yoga, aerobics, sit ups, all sorts, I want to get to a healthy weight of 8 stone, that's how much I'm supposed to weigh according to nhs bmi and things.Can anyone recommend any good routines or anything to helpThanks Cloei x

Have I ruined my weight loss?
So I have been trying to lose weight for about 2 months now, and it was great. I would eat healthier, and workout every day except Saturday and Sunday. So last week I started eating crap. Friday night, we had pizza for supper, and that night I had a slurpee its basically just sugar.. then Saturday, I ate potato chips, like a lot. And basically the whole weekend went to shit. And now, I am sick, and when I stay home, I usually eat, all the time because I don't have anything else to do. And I have the kind of cold where when I move, my head starts pounding, so I probably ain't be working out.. please help, will I go back to my old routine? What will happen to me?

okay so i am 5'9, 177 pounds...iam tall, so i dont really look " fat" persay, but i do want to get rid of my stomach fat. I have been hearing alot about green tea, and how its good for you and what not. i know this also comes with a good diet and excircise. I have been excircing and watching my caloric intake for a couple weeks now, and ive been doing alright. I am very impatient, and i know thats not good when trying to lose weight hahaha so any info about green tea and its benifits on losing weight is much appreciated. NO SMART ASS ANSWERS PLEASE.

PostPregnancy weight loss!? 12 pounds?
Im 18 and just had my baby girl a week ago. Before pregnancy i was 135 before delivery I was 165 now I am 147 trying to get back to being 135. I eat healthy, drink water, and eat no junk. I don't breastfeed and wanna know how to loose these pounds.

I will jog 2 times a day Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday I jog 3 times a day 45 mins each jog 4 will I do too much cardio if I do this? no.3 5 are ther any exercises that help you to get that leg gap?? So inner thigh exersises?6 if I follow all of this for 4 weeks and 3 days can I achieve my goal of weighing 106lbs and toning up?? 7 I will also do yoga Thankyou

Breast reduction with weight loss?
Right now, I am a 34C though sometimes 36C , weigh about 140 lbs. and am about 5' 4" or so. I'd like to get down to maybe 130 lbs. and tone up, particularly in the abdominal area. Does anyone have any good guesses as to what my bra size will be if I lose 10 15 lbs? I'd like to keep at a C cup, or a high B like 36B .I think I am or could turn out to be more of an hourglass figure, I mean, there are certainly some noticeable curves there that go in towards the waist, but I still have a gut. Weight loss plans for teenagers?
I've been overweight nearly all my life, and right now I am fifteen years old. Currently, I'm nearing the obese point, thanks to being pretty sick the past few years. I'm trying to lose weight, obviously to be healthier, but also to feel better about myself. There are a few key factors though I can't do exercises that are too strenuous I believe that is the word . I often feel very sick lightheaded, nausea, headache, weakness when exercising. Walking is really the only exercise I do, other than gym class at school. Other Ideas would be great. I can't get a membership to a gym. My family was a part of the Y, but we can no longer afford it. Any other free methods would work for the exercise factor. As for eating, I'm an emotional eater. I'm currently working on that with a psychiatrist. I'm on weight watchers, but it's honestly not doing much for me. Are there any weight loss plans that I could follow? Any other ideas would be wonderful. Thanks
