Ok so I have a few questions that need answers 1 ok so I have 4 weeks and 3 days untill my holiday and I have been holding off for weeks Now its time to whip my ass into shape Is it possible for me to lose 17lbs and tone up a little in 4 weeks 3 days? I am 5'3" and 123lbs about 2 will this help me lose weight? Eat super healthy, NO junk of fats. Drink pleanty water and get sleep. I will jog 2 times a day Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday I jog 3 times a day 45 mins each jog 4 will I do too much cardio if I do this? no.3 5 are ther any exercises that help you to get that leg gap?? So inner thigh exersises?6 if I follow all of this for 4 weeks and 3 days can I achieve my goal of weighing 106lbs and toning up?? 7 I will also do yoga Thankyou

Ok so I have been trying to lose weight for about 2 months now, and it has been grea t, besides the couple of times I have broke, but I have went down for jeans originally a size 18 now 14. Anyway I went and tried my 18s on and they fit, like good, but I can still fit in my 14s... I am confused?

Good nutrition for weight loss?
Hey there, I'm a 16 year old, rapidly approaching 17 in May.. My goal is to lose as much weight as possible before July, when I go on my summer vacation. I'm a male, 6ft 6ft 1" , and weight 115kg 253 pounds.Last year, I was ambitious to lose weight so I lost 15kg in just over a month, but I just got too relaxed and put that weight back on.. I got my workout plan set, just need to sort the nutrition side of things so It's as streamline as possible with no consequence's from my eating habits while I workout.If you can add change anything to this, please do.. this is just my simple little overview of things.Breakfast Cereal, such as Cheerios, with milk.. not too much I don't think it really matters Lunch Tuna sandwich, no added salt. Plain lunch, nothing over dramatic. Any other ideas for healthy sandwiches?Dinner Varies from day to day, sometimes would have potatoes with cottage cheese and onions, another day might have pasta or something from that variety. I'm giving up all different oily, greasy foods.Beverages Water only, will this help speed up my metabolism and help weight loss? How much should I drink daily..? And I drink a coffee or two daily, or some herbal tea with minimal sugar.That's it, any suggestions on what could I improve on, or change, or add.. you get the idea My goal is shedding this weight, nothing else as of now. Don't want muscle at this time, just isn't a priority, when I reach my desired weight I'll go to the gym with a trainer. Thank you in advance D

have a few questions about burning calories. I am currently 5'9" , 229 lbs. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, thighs and behind.I am overweight because I am lazy like most overweight people and I like to eat lots of fast food. If someone could please answer a few questions for me it would be much appreciated.1. If I was to cut out the fast food and consume around 2500 calories a day and burn off 1500, does that mean my body is only registering 1000 calories for theday and would that help with weight loss? 2. I am not a snacker, I eat three big meals, is it better to eat 3 small meals and snacks throughout the day?2. Do all the calories have to burned off at the sametime or can it be done a few times throughout the day?3. How can I figure out how many calories a week I must burn to lose 5 pounds.Thank you much to all who help.

So, i workout about 305 times a week. I have been for the past two years. I eat fairly healthy, i mean i can't be perfect i cheat every now and then. However, i have not lost weight I eat healthier than i did two years ago when i wasn't working out yet either and i still look the same. I mean i am a little bit thinner with more muscle but still chubby. I am a pole vaulter and i am very chubby for a vaulter. And i have been trying to lose weight because it will increase my height but dieting and exercising a lone does not seem to work for me. Does anyone know of safe, healthy diet pills that are $25 or under at CVS, or Riteaid? NO ONLINE PLEASE My mom doesn't order online and i do not have my own credit Card. Please Help Thanks I meant height as in how high i can pole vault......I do cardio 3 5 times a week. I practically only drink water. I wast salad 3 times a week for lunch. Oatmeal, eggs, or yogurt for breakfast. It is just hard when dinner comes around because my mom thinks i am a good weight, but i know i am not. I can see it, and my coach wants me to lose like 10 pounds. I mean i know i will weigh more than the average person because pole vaulters have a lot of muscle, but i still should not have as much fat as i do. I am 5'3, 105 lbs, 13 yrs old. For lent, I am giving up junk food. 2 times a week, i get up before school to go to the gym with my mom, and by April I'd like to weigh around 95 or less. Tips and help?

Hi I do 60 minutes of Gym Bike cardio each day at around 87 100 rpm, I do four 15 minute intervals each day, and I have a 2 minute rest in between, I lose approximately 500 calories each session, and I eat about 1900 calories each day, I weigh 93kg and I would like to lose the fat on my stomach, by 4 months to be able to become suitable to be a footballer, I would like to know am I doing things right, or do I need to increase intensity or eat less calories? Please can you help me I need to reach my dream.

I usually weigh 89 and now I weigh 79. I have been eating a lot but not a crazy amount more then usual, and I realized I lost 8 pounds. I mean I have unprotected sex with my fiance and I feel like crap lately, I feel sick and like I look pale and like crap. What is going on?
