Please help me with some weight loss?
ok im 16 years old and i want to be slimmer. in all areas including legs and thighs. but at the moment i have loads of muscle because i do yoga and instead its making my legs look bulky. i want them to look thin with a slight gap like most girls my age have. i do so much exercise. i only do indoor exercises as i am embarrassed when i am seen jogging in the street, so i go on the treadmill a lot but would much rather be out in the fresh air. how to i stop being so self conscious. i also am considering the Atkins diet. loads of people in my family have done it and been successful but i dont want that to produce more muscle because of all the protein and exercise i do. please can someone tell me a plan and foods to eat to be smaller and with reduce muscle so then i can just tone after. thank you

What's the best hardcore weight loss DVD?
I recently had a beautiful baby boy. I'm read to get back in shape. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy due to the fact I was on bed rest and had horrible cravings lol. I'm currently 5'6" 210lbs. I want to get to 160lbs. I've tried Tae Bo. Its was ok. But I'm wondering it there's something better. I don't want muscles. I just want to shed this fat....fast. Does anyone know of a hardcore cardio DVD that can help me lose weight? P.S. I've heard of P90x and Insanity but I'm not interested in being too muscular.

I'm 14 and beginning to play squash, if i play 3 times a week for about an hour, how much weight will i lose by summer? I'm currently 122 pounds.

I started going to my local zumba classes from Monday Friday for 2 hours. I eat healthy already, so about how many pounds per week should i be losing?Would Zumba also be a healthy way to lose weight?

Is this a good diet, workout, and weight loss plan?
I'm currently a college student, a size 18, and looking to slim down to a size 10 before summer time. In means of diet I eat as healthy as I can our dining hall sucks in the health food department . I eat either a ton of fruit or a salad with every meal, only drinking water no juice, soda, ect. . Nothing fried, breaded, covered in cheese, or laden with carbs basically everything but the salad bar .I'm going to try to go to the gym every day for at least an hour and I started going to yoga classes about an hour hour and a half long each on Saturday mornings. On weekends I go to the gym for at least two hours not including yoga on Saturday . Do you think that this is a good idea to lose weight?

Is my weight loss healthy?
i'm 12, 5'4" , and 128lbs. i started out bout a month ago at 140. i wanna make it to 115 by september. i've been losing about 3lbs every week. what i've been doing is going to my mom's gym five days a week and swimming for an hour and a half then going for a thirty minute jog on the other days and using 5lb dumbbells to get lean, stronger muscles as well as push ups, sit ups, planks, lunges, etc. i've been eating around 1400 1500 calories a day of fruits, veggies, whole grains, skim milk, and fish. does this sound like healthy weight loss? and is my goal weight ok?

At a loss for weight loss.. help!?
I'm a mother of 2, was working full time but recently was laid off, now enjoying some time off to spend with my kids at home. I have been doing weight watchers on and off for 7 years now, before my first child was born I was down 40 lbs... and then I gained twice that with my pregnancy. I tried again and was able to go down about 40 again and then I hit my first plateau, that was nearly 5 years ago and it's been plateau after plateau. My current weight is 210, my biggest was 240. I do not want to go back there, I will admit, I do love food and i don't always eat what I should or shouldn't but am not shy of working out I do zumba 3 4x a week and yogo on the other nights.Does anyone have any suggestions how I can kick start my weight loss again, supplements?? Plans?? Any info is appreciated

Age 35, Im having a slew of symptoms, heartbeat, weight loss, feel like my body is gonna unplug itself, more?
Here are the symptoms 1. Rapid heartbeat, dunno how fast, but its like beating through my body and making me exhausted and worried.2. Numbness in my right leg and right arm comes and goes3. Anxiety from the symptoms.. I feel like I'm about to just stop existing4. Breathlessness 5. In the past year I've gone from 180,170'ish to 129.2 as of this morning. I did do some dieting but I'm no longer trying to lose weight, in fact trying to put some on just to see if I can, and cannot.6. hot flashes, sometime the numb limbs go cold and hot too.I take the following supplements, Fish Oil, Calcium... occasionally take 5 htp for mood, occasionally use Phenibut for anxiety, and L Theanine to calm down this heart beat issue.I'm drug free, don't drink more than a casual couple drinks here n there, I do not have insurance, I've been denied free clinic to look at me. I'm looking for any answers other than " see a doctor" cuz yeah, I would if I could. I just want to know what's wrong.
